As a Certified Birth Doula

Being present with you through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period is something I hold deeply sacred. My role isn't just professional — it's deeply personal. I'm here to tend to your physical comfort through soothing touch, massage, breathwork, and positioning, offering real relief when the waves of labor feel most intense. But I'm also here for the moments in between — the quiet reassurance, the steady hand, the reminder that you are stronger than you know.

Your partner matters to me, too. I work closely alongside them, helping them find their footing so they can show up for you in ways that feel meaningful and confident. Because birth isn't something that happens to you — it's something you move through together. And I am honored, truly honored, to walk every step of that journey by your side — whatever that journey holds.

Why Hire a Doula?

    • Sometimes birth takes a turn you didn't anticipate. It can leave you feeling unprepared, unseen, or alone — and that breaks my heart. Whatever unfolds, I am by your side with emotional steadiness, honest information, and physical comfort, so you never have to face an unexpected moment without someone in your corner.

    • I bring both knowledge and intuition to the birthing space. From pain-relieving techniques that actually work to helping you advocate clearly and confidently for your wishes — I am there to make sure your voice is heard, your needs are met, and your experience is honored.

    • Your partner is just as important to me as you are. I work closely with them, helping them find their role and their confidence, so they can show up for you in ways that feel powerful and connected. Birth is a team experience — and I make sure everyone on your support team feels ready, included, and needed.
